With the new S2 block, fuel rails, header, and going from a 2.4" 8cm TD06 20g to a 3" 8cm FP Red, and still keeping the car at 19 psi Im guessing just about 400. But once I get back to the states and get good gas Ill bump up the boost to about 25 psi.

Got the largest OE location hairdryer with EWG...mmmmm

KILR

Good gas FTW. Nice setup. Sounds like SCG needs a ride-along test drive for validation and QA Razz

Def not selling the gold RPF1s....thats what makes the car. But here are a couple mroe pics I just took 20 min ago.

Here is the engine now with new Perrin fuel lines, 3" Perrin turbo inlet, Perrin cone filter, red Perrin radiator hoses, and you can see the blue Gates Racing accessory belts...

Here is the Tial 50 bov welded pre maf and the freshly painted fmic...

With the bumper just mocked up...

A shot of the FP Red, Tial 44 ewg, Grimmspeed wastegate bracket

Here are some of the interior...

ATI gauge pod with Defi D Series gauges and the AVCR...

And finally the hole in the floor Im waiting to fill when my ecu gets back from TopSpeed in Georgia...

Looks nice with the bumper mocked up and the blacked out FMIC.

AVC-R...that's one bad boy. How you like setting up that piece of fuzzy logic? Once you get that thing dialed it's a decent controller. But, up to that point I could throw it in the Pacific and never miss it. Nowadays there are a few other electronic boost controllers that are easy as pie to set-up. Apexi really outdid themselves with the AVC-R.

Never realized that's where the Perrin FMIC put the BOV.

Don't you love how Guam eats anything ferrous alive? No

Are those supplemental fuel injector hoses running atop the manifold? You have TGV deletes?

Didn't pay attention to the dyno before. Looks like clutch was slipping. Fixed now.

Re: 04 STi - WRB04STi

Post  WRB04STi on Wed Feb 02, 2011 5:43 pm

This weekend Ill have to put the bumper back on and put the grill on. I just left them off the car when we were doing the engine swap and jsut havent put them back on.

The avcr is nice and has ALOT of features...almost too many!! But I would rather have an eboost2 instead but the avcr works. If I do end up going wiht a hydra Ill end up getting the eboost2 but thats not gonna happen any time soon.

That actually is not where perrin puts the bov. Stock perrin pipes put it right before the throttle body. Instead of buying a pre-maf pipe we just cut the pipe and welded a bov bung there because there was more than enough room to fit the Tial 50.

Those lines are the perrin fuel rails. I ran them on top of the manifold instead of underneath because there was no room around the big 3" turbo inlet. And yeah Im running tgv deletes because of the FP Red.

The dyno is jittery like that because at the time of that dyno we were still tuning it and trying to work out the bugs with the ecutek and with the bov being placed pre-maf
