EFR Turbo - Have your cake and eat it too. Finally!
I've been anticipating the turbo to evolve into something that pushes the envelope and breaks away from the stereo-typical norm of "If you want big power you will lose low-end spool (increase lag) and transient response will suffer."
I want a turbo that'll allow me to do autox and still pull 110-115MPH trap speeds when I want to. Finally, Borg Warner has worked with Full Race and has come up with a twin scroll small-frame set-up that I foresee changing the industry
Check out this link and the YouTube video imbedded in it. Although it ends with the other AWD camp's vehicle it's promising to see that there are still those guys out there pushing the envelope and not settling for status quo. Alfred Buchi...eat your heart out!

Benefits: quick spool, broad operating range (wide compressor map), good low pressure ratio operation, and reduces overall cost to end user by integrating the BOV and wastegate in a high quality package. Top shelf stuff

LOTS of usable map
Integrated bypass valve
Twin scroll goodness
Internal Wastegate

I have a 91 Z28 Camaro with a Tuned Port Injection 305ci small block equiped with a T-5 BorgWarner transmission and a factory limited slip differential that I have stored on the side for a weekend project. I wonder if they make turbo systems for my model and engine that would be nice.

^^^^ Very much indeed
They may since it's a popular car and engine. Just as a suggestion, take a look at STS if you haven't already. They don't list a specific application for your model but they do offer a pretty comprehensive universal kit for both single or twin turbos. Coolest thing about this company is that they've engineered the turbos to fit anywhere you choose and not have to worry about expensive turbo manifolds, increasing underhood temps, & adding weight to the front of the car/truck. Super cool and you can use existing exhaust to git-r-done http://ststurbo.com/home
Just saying
