Its TOO fast... 
Dont know why?
BTW...When I speed up to 60-80MPH and I hit the brakes it makes a TiCkInG sound from the back? Does anybody know. Why?
It doesnt do it anymore, but im pretty sure if I do it again it might happen again.

This requires a test-drive to get a decent understanding on what it could be. The word "ticking" can be relative from person to person.
Is it road speed dependent (faster noise succession the faster your wheel-speed is)?
OR
Is it repeatable under certain operating conditions?
OR
Was there a recent service you performed on the car in which after the service was performed this noise began?
Maybe we can go for a test drive sometime & you make it happen so I can listen and make an educated estimate.

Yea...jus an update on my speed situation it still makes noise when I hit the brakes. But, if u dont mind jesse if you could try it out 4 me since u are thEe MEcHAnIC.

Let's take a look at it the next time we meet up. I'm pretty sure we can narrow this down to the culprit. Considering brake operation is involved when you hear it we really should take a look at it sooner than later...don't want a mishap
Then we can use Brian's Garage to fix it with Pogi Rudy as an onlooker with his misfiring STi
