i was looking through the GRSCCA forum and saw in a post regarding classing that ST are allowed to have carbon fiber hoods...

I will look into it. The rules where any lightening of any sort will put you in SM. It has always been assumed that the CF hoods are lighter than the stock. But on the STI it has an aluminum hood. I think if not the same it should be the same weight.

We can look into this. Is the reason for this you want to be in ST?

Sunday Race $25 Very Happy , gas $30, Podium scratch not interested $0, hanging out with SCG and family while drinking with the op-4 and getting drunken priceless.

SCG last race coming up, bring out family and friends, also if you can get a hold of the other members via (myspace, facebook, email or phone) and inform them of the event coming up. The more the better, we also must show our sponsors how much Subie love Guam has to offer. Wink

I was reading an aritcle for the BMWCCA and a lot of the SM mods are considered ST. I'll try to find that article and posted on the site.
