2009 Monsoon Race Series

If I get clearance from the Commander in Chief then I'll be entering. It's getting costly, with no end in sight but what the heck My pare has his daughter's 6th BDay in Mangilao at 1pm, so if we're done with nothing to do, there will probably be some stuff there to get into

Anybody from SCG gonna show for round 2...Hoping everyone that was there from round 1 + all who said they were gonna race shows up.....How many set of numbers did we order? lets not be posers...come out participate or spectate...Monsoon series needs your support...

I will be there. In fact I'm praticing right now in Dirt 2.

Hey guys by the way, the mitsu club is meeting at the race tom and they are encouraging other members to join the autox. So if we can show up there together with the mitsu club what a sight it would be so come down and support if you can't participate. See you all there tom.

I will be there to race and stir up some trouble. I may only get the first two runs in before I have to leave, we'll see how it plays out. It's good to see Kevin coming out to run. It's not really the win, it's the experience. The issues with the classes still stand, but the bottom line is the driving. Banzai in a safe enviornment is always a good and fun thing.
I'm with gonzo on this...if you can't race, come and support the SCG. Mitsu says there coming out, it would be nice if SCG were there too. Hopefully all those Subie owners not in SCG can come out too and see what it's all about. Hey SCG don't forget your shirts.

Way to go...Its always good to have your peeps participate by your side or cheer you on...Hopeing more of SCG will commit to making the Monsoon a happening event everyother Sunday! As one of our own, worked very hard to make it happen for all of Guam to enjoy Solo Racing!

Congrats to Dennis and Jesse for placing in Round 2 of the Monsoon Series...Jesse took 2nd in the SM class and Dennis took 2nd in the S class + most improved novice of the day...Once again SCG was well represented, Thanks to racers Dennis, Jesse, Eric, Scott, Frank, Kevin & Darrell. Thanks to Jon for stopping by and cheering us on. Again it was sad to see Jay running the show with little to no help from some of the other officals + seeing him sidelined and not able to run. Seems we may need to find a new chef for the auto x's as our own Iron chef may have found his calling and just may be the guy to take s class away from the infamos Vlad...Lets keep at it guys, we all had good runs and everyone was stoked to see each other push their rides...with 3 more races to go SCG is sure to make its mark in the Monsoon Series....Ohh and Thanks for the Drinks last night D...I was and already talking some mad $#!T...Congrats again bro's...

Thanks to you guys for supporting the races. I am working on getting someone else trained as a safety steward. Just working on the details with the SCCA.

Thanks for the praise Edd! Hahaha!! It was fun to finally get out there and run against the rest of the pack. Gets your nerves going! Now I know what you guys feel like. Thanks to all for the support and coming out to support SCG, AutoX, eachother and your cars! I'm gunning for Vlad for sure! Funny because he is the dude that taught me. Student goes after the teacher!

Jay, let us know if there is anything we can do to help with the safety steward thing. We will do what we can.

I think if we have 2 or more safety stewards in a race all of us can race. I'll keep you guys in mind when they agree that I can train a safety steward. I do not really want to be the RE for Guam next year unless I get more people committed to the GRSCCA.

Good job everyone. Dennis and Jesse put us on the boards, but everyone one there could see the SCG is on da map. We continue to be the most visible together fun spirited group out there. It's good to see how we were helping everyone else there as well. Sorry I had to bail early, the Commander called. Fight and run...so you can fight again some other day. Sorry I missed the get together afterwards, I always love when the $#!t comes out

Race 3 has some long sweepers and straights/slalom...looks like a fast course. Looks like fun.
